The air drawn into the room passes through the unit’s refrigerant and then circulated as cold air. During this process, some of the water condensed is then evaporated out with the exhaust air, reducing the inconvenience of emptying a water tank constantly. The AutoCool air conditioner series also feature a unique process in which some of the excess water passes through to cool the unit and prolong its reliability and efficiency. A set timer allows you to automatically turn on and run the unit an hour or more before you actually enter the room. No more waiting hours for the room to finally cool down! These air conditioners include an easy to install window accessory kit, durable and sturdy castor wheels, built-in clock, internal thermostat and remote control. A heater function also gives you the option to use during winter months. Designed to fit most average-size rooms up to 400 sq. ft.

How it Works — AutoCool 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioners
During the cooling process, the patented Self Evaporative Technology extracts some water from the air as it passes through the unit. Most of the water is evaporated while hot air is exhausted through an exhaust tube that connects to a window panel accessory. The small amount of water accumulated is actually used to cool the unit internally, making it run more efficiently for the long run. For those exceptionally humid days a built-in water tank takes in excess water (not removable) and once the tank fills the compressor will stop running to prevent damage to the unit. A drain outlet is used to remove all excess water. An internal thermostat helps save energy and conveniently maintains optimal comfort.
Care of AutoCool 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioners
The length of the exhaust hose is specially designed according to the specification of the product. Do not add additional hoses to the standard hose given as it could cause the unit to malfunction.
To clean the filters, simply remove from the unit and vacuum with standard vacuum cleaner. Never operate the unit without a filter
