The Blueair 303 is one of the newest additions to the Blueair family of air purifiers. The 303 features a new body style, manual controls, low energy use and near silent operation. It uses the same quality filtration that has won the larger Blueair units "best of class" CADR ratings in independent testing. The Blueair 303 air purifier has the ability to clean the air in a room up to 225 sq. ft. This is a larger area than the Blueair 203 but less than the Blueair 403. Its stylish, compact design and quiet operation make it a perfect choice for a bedroom, office or smaller sized living area. It is very easy to use and maintain. Blueair recommends replacing the filters every 6 months for optimum performance. The 303 comes with a filter change indicator to keep track of the filters life so you don’t have to.

Filter Change Indicator: included with all 303 models, this magnetic timer reminds you to change your filter every six months as recommended for optimal performance of your Blueair air purifier. The filter change indicator is a timer that counts down from 182 days (6 months). The timer is independent of actual run time. When 15 days remain to filter change, the blue LED light will flash. There is a snooze button that will let you turn it off for five days at a time. When 0 days remain, change the filter and reset the timer for another 182 days (6 months).

Wipe exterior with a soft, clean, damp cloth; vacuum the small inlets and inside the ion chamber with a soft brush attachment as needed; replace filter twice a year.
The Blueair 303 draws air in through the bottom and lower sides of the unit via an ultra quiet fan
The airborne particles pass through an ion chamber and are electrically charged. This causes them to adhere effortlessly to the exclusive polypropylene HEPA-type filter media.
Charged particles are removed by Blueair's 3 Stage Progressive Filter. Stage 1 captures larger particles like pollen and dust. Stage 2 and 3 filter out even the smallest particles like cigarette smoke and exhaust.
