It is recommended that the humidifier be cleaned at least once a week. Do not use soap or detergents and never use an abrasive cleaner.
To help prevent the build-up of bacteria and viruses, an optional ionic silver stick may be purchased. For information on how the ionic silver stick works, (Click here for more information). The ionic silver stick is a unique, patented solution for killing bacteria and viruses and needs to be replaced approximately once a year.
