Introduction to Organic Cotton Mattress and Pillow Encasements
Our heavyweight, 100% GOTS and SKAL certified organic cotton dust mite encasings have an incredibly small pore size for ultimate protection against dust mites! Lab tested by Porous Materials, Inc (PMI) to have a mean pore size of only 3.85 microns, these tightly woven, 280 thread-count organic cotton mattress and pillow covers provide a guaranteed barrier against dust mites that can be as small as 10 microns and their feces, which can be much smaller. These dust mite encasements are made of heavyweight, durable certified organic cotton that is unbleached and undyed. Easy to put on and take off with reinforced nylon zippers, these encasings can be machine washed for easy care. Mattress encasements have fitted pockets in a variety of depths for the perfect fit.

We think either fabric makes an exceptionally nice pillow encasement; the lightweight fabric is more supple and was preferred by our testers for use under thinner pillowcases.
