Our testing team was delighted at the first sight of these one of a kind silk pillows! We were pleasantly surprised by the lustrous fiber used to make these dream pillows, which look and feel sensational. The standard size pillow and pillowcase stays cool through out the night, providing a more comfortable night’s sleep, while the boudoir size pillow and sham adds color and style to any bed ensemble!
For those of you who enjoy sleeping on a silky-smooth surface, the silk pillow in standard size is the perfect choice for you! It has a 4-inch loft of silk floss filling, which will allow you to easily bunch and reshape your pillow to meet your comfort needs. The standard silk pillow comes with a pillowcase that is made out of amazing white silk habotai.
We found this pillow and pillowcase to be an ideal alternative for our customers who are allergy sensitive. Silk is naturally hypoallergenic and inhospitable to dust mites. You can rest comfortably with a silk pillow knowing that you will wake up without the disruption of many of your common allergy symptoms.
The boudoir silk pillow is ideal for our customers who want to accentuate their bedroom by adding color and design. It comes with an elegant boudoir sham that has a beautiful jacquard design on the front and silk habotai covering on the back. A two-inch flange surrounds the silk pillow for additional style. This silk sham comes in happiness, bamboo and cloud print and is available in a variety of colors to complement any room.
Silk is a very strong fiber that resists mildew, however, it is not as durable as cotton and it does take extra care. Silk floss filling is soft and delicate and compresses slightly faster than the typical wool or cotton pillow. Please keep in mind that silk it is not as soft as down. We recommend following the manufacturers instructions exactly to increase the lifespan of the silk pillow and pillowcase.
