The items will be
delivered by a national freight company during normal business hours (Monday-Friday
only). The shipping company will contact you to arrange for a delivery
appointment, but it is normally a range of time, not a specific appointment.
Many of our items are in stock and available for our quick ship program.
This means that you can receive delivery on many of our items within 5-10
days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let
you know our earliest available shipping date. If an item is back ordered,
we will not charge your credit card until the item does ship. You can
cancel an order at any time up until the time it ships (except custom
orders).
Shipping is also available to many parts of Alaska, if you are able to
pick the items up from the shipping company. We do ship to Hawaii, other
parts of Alaska, and Canada, but there will be additional charges. Please
contact us at 1-888-236-7231. For shipments to Canada, the customer is
responsible for customs clearance, as well as all duties and taxes. We
do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
Warranty
Information
All of our furniture products carry a minimum of a one-year warranty.
This warranty covers any damage that occurs due to normal use of the items.
If any damages occur due to abnormal use, or if replacement parts are
required after the warranty expires, replacement parts (in most cases)
will be available.
