This air cleaner improves on existing ionic air purifying technology and cleans the air of allergens or particulates at a higher rate than other ionic air cleaners. The Hamilton Beach True Air 04491 model comes with a replaceable HEPA-grade filter and an air-quality monitor that constantly samples the air and adjusts the fan speed for optimum performance. Model 04492 has a permanent HEPA-grade filter which never needs replacing. These TrueAir air purifiers do not produce any ozone and maintain Energy Star requirements, covering up to 180 sq. ft. of your home or office.
