How it Works — IQAir HealthPro Compact Air Purifiers
Air Flow: The IQAir HealthPro Compact air purifiers take in air through dual arches at the bottom of the unit. The air is passed through pre-filter (1), then through the fan, then through the HEPA filter (2). Clean, purified air is vented out of the sides just below the top of the unit from a 320°?EvenFlow™ diffuser with a 77 square inch opening.
Micro-particle filtration
Eliminates micro-particles such as pollen, pet dander and mold spores.
HyperHEPA® filtration
Eliminates bacteria, viruses and combustion particles from automobiles and smoke, through a nano-fiber structure. IQAir's patented HyperHEPA filters are certified to remove 99.5% of all particulate down to 0.003 microns in size.

The HealthPro Compact Air Purifiers are slightly smaller (4 inches shorter) than the full-sized HealthPro's making them more convenient in size for small apartments and offices, but still have the ability to efficiently purifier large areas of 800-900 sq. ft. The HealthPro Compacts feature 2 filters instead of 3 for easy maintenance. They use the same Hyper-HEPA filter as their big brother to filter out tiny, harmful allergens and pollutants. The second filter in the Compact model is a HiFlow pre-filter which screens out 90% of all larger allergens. If you're interested in allergen and gas removal the Compact Plus model features a combination HiFlow pre and gas filter with 2 lbs of activated carbon. The IQAir HealthPro Series is the best you can get, from the quality of the carbon fill, to the robust pre-filter and extremely effective HyperHEPA. Simply put, they just do a better job. With nice extras such as an easy to use remote control, 4 casters, and warning lights to tell you when a filter need changing, no expense has been spared in the manufacturing of these air purifiers.
