The Life 3000 Batch alkaline water ionizer is a highly effective and affordable HydraCide system with the ability to make alkaline water for drinking or acidic water for other household uses. This free standing, compact unit is fully portable and allows you to conveniently access ionized water away from home if you travel regularly or frequent other locations such as a summer home or cottage. Water ionization is the method of producing a concentration of alkaline and acidic minerals by separating the oxygen and hydrogen found in water. This alkaline water is the best drinking water available and offers superior hydration, mineralization, oxygenation and cellular detoxification for your body, mind and overall health. The Life 3000 batch electrolysis water system is designed to be very user-friendly and produces up to 2 liters of alkaline or acidic water every 15 to 30 minutes. No faucet or unsightly hose connections are necessary! The Life 3000 is now equipped with unbreakable electrodes and durable circuitry, providing a much stronger solution through more intense and effective electrolysis as well as improved ability to handle higher TDS. Other features include digital display, full on-board controls to adjust pH levels and two 2-liter containers. Drinking water should have a negative ORP measurement
The value of ORP quantifies the amount of energy in water by numbering electrons.
ORP values are expressed as millivolts, or mV.
Drinking water should have a negative mV number of at least -50mV.
Water with an ORP of -50mV will have enough negative ions to attract and neutralize excess acids.

Pure water at 25°C has an equal concentration of dissolved hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-) and is considered "neutral."
pH measures the concentration of hydrogen and hydroxide ions on a scale from 0 to 14, with 7.0 considered neutral.
Solutions with a pH level below 7.0 are acids.
Solutions with a pH level above 7 are bases (alkaline)
