Swivel Neck™: Miele's innovative Swivel Neck design allows steering in all directions and can be laid flat to the floor to get under beds and furniture
Park Position: when in park the S7's rear wheels are on the ground and make it easy to roll the vacuum from one location to the next. The foot switch disengages the rear wheels and they are retracted into the body of the vacuum enhancing overall maneuverability without exertion on the user.
360° Swivel Front Casters: located on powerhead, improve mobility, are smooth running and rubber coated to protect hard surfaces like tile and wood flooring
Maximum Agility: thanks to Miele's superior engineering, the S7's are very easy to maneuver in every direction without putting stress or extra weight on the user. When the vacuum is reclined, the majority of weight is carried by the base powerhead assembly making it easy to hold and remarkably easy to push.
All Floor Surfaces: moving from carpet to hard floors is not a problem with the self adjusting powerhead and spring loaded brush roll that can be turned on/off using the fingertip controls.
4-Stage Rotary Dial Suction Adjustment: allows for a variety of suction settings to accommodate the surface being cleaned. The dial is labeled with suggested settings for curtains, deep pile, low pile and smooth surfaces.
Innovative Adjustment: the S7's powerhead features a flexible, spring-loaded brush roller that adapts to different carpet heights and floor coverings requiring no manual intervention. The automatic height adjustment works by following the contour of the floor, reaching dust particles found in the depths of deep pile carpeting while the powerhead always maintains optimal surface contact allowing consistent air flow.
Bright LED Headlight: 8 LED lights brightly illuminate your cleaning path so you can see into every nook and cranny and find those dust bunnies
Powerful Two Motor Performance: the S7's are equipped with a strong 1,200 watt Miele-made Vortex Motor System™ that guarantees optimal airflow for excellent suction power and very quiet operation. The brush roller is powered by its own 4,800 rpm motor for strong agitation. The separate brush roller motor allows the brush roll to be turned on or off for seamless transitions from carpets, rugs and bare floors.
12 ft. Extended Reach Hose: is attached to a lightweight stainless steel telescopic suction wand, ideal for cleaning an entire staircase, upholstery, furniture and other hard to reach places.
Anti-tip Feature: the device that attaches the hose to the vacuum cleaner rotates outward and locks into place for increased leverage preventing the vacuum from tipping over when using the suction hose.
3 Integrated Accessory Tools: the upholstery nozzle, 12" crevice tool, and dusting brush with natural bristles are neatly stored on the back of the vacuum and are always ready for use. The tools can be attached to the vacuum's hose handle or attached to the end of the telescopic suction wand.
