This beautiful satin trimmed oversized Pacific Coast® hypo-allergenic down blanket can be used year round as a lightweight blanket as well as a bed cover. The ultra soft down in this blanket is cleaned using a patented Pacific Coast® Hyperclean®process and is guaranteed to be allergy free.

Hyperclean is guaranteed allergy-free down that is much cleaner than retail down products. This oversized down blanket is for year round use as a lightweight blanket or bed cover. These down blankets are machine washable.
How it Works — Pacific Coast Hyperclean Lightweight Down Blankets
The harsh chemicals traditionally used to clean down and feathers have been replaced by a highly effective but gentle cleaner that leaves the down and feather at a neutral pH. In addition, dust and dirt has been filtered out of the hypercleaned down and feathers up to 15 times during its processing. This process results in down and feathers that are four times cleaner than the down and feathers found in other natural products. This down not only meets the government standards, but surpasses them!

Tips on caring for and maintaining your down blankets and ensuring your product lasts for many years...
Use a Duvet Cover - If used with a duvet cover, your down blanket will only need to be cleaned every three to five years. Also, with a duvet cover, you won't need a top sheet, blanket, or bedspread. Making your bed will be a flip and a fluff!
Professionally launder your down blankets every three to five years - Down actually washes well, but the size of these down blankets makes it more sensible to leave the cleaning to a professional
Fluff your down blankets when you make your bed - By providing a steady flow of air your down will continue to loft
Store your down blankets in a breathable bag - Avoid storing blankets in plastic bags, which may trap in moisture and cause the fill to mildew or disintegrate
Redistribute your down blankets as needed - To redistribute the fill of your down blanket, lay your down blanket on a flat surface and simply push the down in place
with the heel of your hand and forearm. The manufacturer uses a Whiffle Ball bat in their plants!
