Artist Statement: “I am a third generation knitter and I design my blankets with two goals. The blanket itself and then the design. All my blankets are made of 100% Organic Cotton that is soft and luxurious to the touch, with the added benefit of being preshrunk, so that they are completely machine wash and machine dry at normal temperatures, YOU CANNOT SHRINK THEM. I make each blanket with a double border, that gives a firm edge to grasp, like any good blankie should have whether it is for baby, toddler or adult. Everyone should have a blankie and for this, I present you with this collection of designs, that are based on heirloom designs, to treasure forever.”
