The Riga Collection makes a bold statement with a modern interpretation of its ethnic roots inspired by the rich and colorful striped garments of ancient Africa. This bedding collection makes quite a fashion statement, and is fabricated from the finest 400 thread count Egyptian cotton percales, and 300 thread count yarn dyes. The Amber color is rich, earthy and sumptuous while the Indigo is dark, moody and cool. The sheets are generously cut to accommodate up to 18-inch deep mattresses, and the duvet covers feature the collection's striped design and button closures. The shams and pillowcases are constructed with French flap closures for a neat fit. Pillowcases and top sheets are also available as solids, finished with a contrasting border of piping. This is a collection for those who like bold and beautiful design.
These expertly woven, vibrant and modern bed linens are available in colors Amber or Indigo with a traditional stripe pattern. Riga Collection
The Riga collection strives to interpret the rich cultural elements and essence of the colorful garments of ancient Africa which were highly sought after for over 3,000 years. This results in woven striped patterns mixed with vibrant, symbolic colors such as blue tones for harmony, and yellow tones for vitality.
Machine Wash on gentle cycle with lukewarm water (except quilted items). Final rinse should be in cold water. Use a mild non-chlorine bleach detergent. If a commercial detergent is used, measure only half of the recommended amount unless linens are heavily soiled. Never pour undiluted detergent directly onto linens. Never use chlorine bleach, stain removers or detergents with bluing agents or lighteners. Wash light and dark colors separately. Next, remove promptly and shake before drying to reduce wrinkles. Line dry or tumble dry on low setting. Do not over dry. Remove linens from the dryer while still damp. Immediately steam iron on the reverse side.
Note: Up to 4% shrinkage is expected on high thread count Egyptian cotton linens. Products are cut to allow for normal shrinkage. High temperature washing and drying are to be avoided to prevent excessive shrinkage. Quilted items should be dry cleaned only.
