The Santa Fe Compact Crawl Space dehumidifier is a reliable solution to remove water and prevent mold, mildew and musty odors in those tight areas where traditional dehumidifiers cannot fit. These tight crawl spaces are filled with mold spores, bacteria and high levels of moisture that eventually enters your home. However, treatment and prevention within these areas often go overlooked. The Santa Fe Compact’s flow-through design performs exceptionally well in tight spaces and effectively works down to 45°F and removes up to 65 pints of unwanted moisture per day. The optional condensate pump and ducting kits available provide the installation flexibility necessary for the most challenging applications. The Compact dehumidifiers are built to last and offer low-temperature operation, superior air filtration and large moisture removal for basements and crawl spaces up to 1,600 square feet with ease.

Defrost Cycle: includes a defrost cycle and timed defrost function. This prevents internal damage caused by excessive frost forming within the unit. When the unit is experiencing excessive frost the system will stop dehumidifying and the fan will run until normal operation conditions are present

The 1" MERV-11 65% 1" Pleated Filter is not washable and should be replaced every six months. Around every six months, the 1/4" pre-filter can be washed with water and then reinstalled after completely dry.

Warranty: Free of material defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year. The condenser, evaporator and compressor will be free of material defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years.

Please Note: Your humidity goal should be 40-50%, and in most cases, the lowest humidity level reached will be 40%. If your unit already has an adjustable humidistat, turn it to the continuous setting if available, or to its highest (driest) setting.
